How To Be Thankful (OR WHAT DOES TURKEY HAVE TO DO WITH IT)

How grateful are you on a scale of 1-10?  What are the factors that determine it?  Does it depend on your circumstances right now?  Does it depend on your income, relationships, job, housing, health?  How do you decide when to be grateful?  Because of course it is a decision.  Yup, a decision.  No matter what you have or don't have every moment is a choice to be grateful or not.  Right now can you name 10 things you are grateful for? How about 15? 20? I hope you have at least one to focus on.  So while thinking of your list of 20, 15 or 1, smile about each and say to yourself, "I am grateful for that." If you're going to be with others at Thanksgiving share a few things you are grateful for and ask others what is on their list.

As for me - I am grateful that my husband likes to cook the turkey!
